Customer can be able to return or Exchange only the Returnable items. Our return policy lasts for 10 days from the date of delivery. Item must be unused & inact all orignal tags to be packed in original packaging. Item will be inspected before processing the refund/exchange. After receiving the returned Products, the amount will be refunded as soon as our inspection team approves the return in the orignal mode of payment.If your order is prepaid then the amount will be reflected back to your bank account from which you made the transaction and for the "Cash on delivery" orders it will be reflected back to the Amfez wallet only.
